Nancy Aldrich
Attorney at Law

Woman looking at a document

I have been practicing law in Fairfield County since 1986.  After graduating from Mount Holyoke College and Suffolk Law School, I jumped right into serving my clients as a litigator. Throughout my career, I have litigated many lawsuits including complex medical malpractice and criminal trials.  I have also successfully argued cases before the Appellate court in Connecticut. Since starting the firm with my brother in 1993, however, my emphasis has been on divorce and family law.  As a divorce attorney, I continue to litigate difficult divorce cases in courts in Stamford, Bridgeport, Danbury, Milford, and Middletown.

I am a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. I also serve as a Special Master in Stamford and Bridgeport Courts in Family Law Cases.  In addition to serving clients as a traditional family law advocate, I am also trained as a collaborative divorce practitioner.

I enjoy hiking and quilting.  I reside with my family in Westport.

My Approach to Law – Experience and Professionalism

My goal as an attorney is to help clients navigate through the complex world of divorce.  I am both a fierce advocate in court, and an empathetic adviser out of the court room.  I educate my client by explaining the law and together we set achievable goals and realistic expectations.  At the same time, I use my experience to negotiate with strength as their advocate.  I am trained as a traditional divorce litigator and as a collaborative divorce professional.  I look forward to working with you.

I will diligently handle your case.
